Every profile goes through a four-stage vetting: technical assessment, language screen, cultural-fit interview, and a paid trial week. Each engagement has a dedicated delivery lead who reports to you weekly against agreed KPIs.

Primarily in North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia), Eastern Europe (Romania, Serbia) and Sub-Saharan hubs (Mauritius, Kenya). All sites operate under European data-protection standards and overlap with EU business hours.

Monthly retainer per FTE, three-month minimum, then rolling. Hourly and project-based arrangements are available for short scopes. No setup fee for engagements above three seats.

We sign DPAs, operate ISO 27001-aligned controls, enforce SSO and device management, and can deploy on your VPN or cloud tenant. Personal data of EU citizens stays in EU-adequacy jurisdictions.

Yes. We send 2–3 shortlisted profiles per role. You interview, you choose. If none fit, we re-shortlist at no cost.

You can rotate any team member within the first 30 days at no cost. After that, 15 days notice. We track NPS internally and proactively rotate before issues surface.

Standard roles: shortlist in 5 business days, team operational within 2 weeks. Rare profiles (e.g. senior platform engineers, multilingual SDRs) can take up to 3 weeks.

Always, at the first call. Mutual NDA is signed before any briefing material is shared.

All work product, code and deliverables are assigned to you on creation. Our MSA includes a full IP-assignment clause and standard background-IP carve-outs.

Monthly retainer is the norm (predictable, all-inclusive). Hourly billing is available for ad-hoc work. Project-based fixed-price is offered after a scoping phase.
